Sorry, Urasawa fans, but no new Billy Bat until next week's Morning and I haven't finished quite enough material to start posting about the Urasawa interview yet.
Things have been pretty busy for the last week or so, but I am working on it and I promise to have something ready for you all in the next few days.
In the meantime, I'll toss out one or two things that have been lingering in my temporary links folder:

I'm not making this up either, folks. This drink has a website .
The website claims that "As Tentacle Grape™ slides smoothly down your throat you'll feel refreshed and full." I don't even want to know what kind of R & D went into this conCOCKtion, but whatever they are describing they seem knowledgeable.
I hope assume they aren't planning any other thinly veiled allusions to body parts and illegal acts, unless they can find other felonies that can easily be made into fruit flavors (in case you missed it, try dropping the "g" from "grape").
They could have used a writer, though, because either all the good catch phrases are taken, or the creators ran out of ideas as soon as they vomited out the one that spawned the self-styled "the most delicious hentai drink on the market" (you mean there are others!), because all they could come up with was "You're gonna get graped."
However, if you are a schoolgirl in Japan, and within arms reach of the type of loser who may appreciate this, you're probably "gonna get groped" at the very least.
I don't know much about it but the drink was apparently made as a joke. I'm sure was meant all in good fun, too, but living in Tokyo changes your perspective on some of Japan’s more colourful quirks. I probably would have laughed at this if I didn't have to see the horrors that the legions of geeky pervs - the one who support the type of animation and comic the drink is based on - actually do unleash on real people.

I think the government should start free training courses for girls as a public safety initiative. While the rest of us non-abusive guys would be treated to high kicks and short shirts, the pervs would get knocked the f*ck out!
I'd lend my tax dollars to that
