See ya in 2009!
The Billy Bat update I promised isn't going to happen yet because my spoiler tags aren't working probably and I won't have much time to work out the bugs before I make my annual year-end escape from Tokyo to the no crowds, no noise, no pressure, but also no internet, countryside.
Most of the people checking out my blog lately are Urasawa fans so I must apologize to them. Sorry, guys!
But I promise to bring you up to speed on Billy Bat with lots of pics in my first post of the New Year.
I'm also working on a translation of the NHK website I mentioned with words of wisdom from Urasawa himself (via my translation, of course) about his work.
And I plan to post some excepts I'm translating of an interview I read this past summer with Takehiko Inoue about Vagabond.
That's right, North American readers! Not Slam Dunk. Not Real.

It's seems like a interview with Urasawa and more 20th Artwork at the cover. Maybe it's interesting

The above link from Stuart (first comment) is in fact an interview - a long interview! - and it just came out last December 12th.
If I can grab a copy before the next issue comes out (assuming it comes out on Jan 12th and not before) I will write about it and let you all know what Urasawa is up to.
