WTF is Part 1a!? Well, I am still in the middle of Part 2 and I saw this quote and just had to post it. This goes right along with what McNamara said in the movie "The Fog of War" about LeMay and the air raids, that if they lost the war they would have been on trial for war crimes.

"The biggest single killing in human history was the fire bombing of Tokyo. Is that crueler than chopping off heads with samurai swords? The moral judgment is easier if you're killing from a distance."
James Bradley, author of "Flags of Our Fathers," on which Clint Eastwood's upcoming film is based, commenting on the perception that Imperial Japanese Army forces were crueler than U.S. forces during World War II.

I'll get "Tokyo War Crimes Tribunal" Part 2 up soon.

BTW, if you have any interest in the Pacific war at all, go and see Clint Eastwood's movie.

Both of them!
